Kathryn Mclay is the former president and CEO of Walmart International and Sam’s Club. She led a team of 500,000 associates serving 80 million customers weekly across 18 countries. Previously, Kathryn was president and CEO of Sam’s Club, where revenues grew 43% to $844 in fiscal year 2023. She held multiple leadership roles at Walmart, including overseeing U.S. finance, strategy, supply chain and Neighborhood Markets. A native of Australia, Kathryn earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and post graduate studies in organizational psychology.
